Elise believes that group fitness positively impacts people’s lives from the inside out, with recent research finding that HIIT Training transforms your DNA, effectively slowing down the ageing process.  

Our classes are run by experienced and qualified trainers, offering more than 10 years' experience in the fitness industry.  We work with beginners, through to weekend warriors, and elite athletes in a safe and supportive environment.
